    Our Client
    Our client is a National property owner & developer with a large country-wide portfolio. They are seeking an accountant to oversee their premium portfolio of assets.

    The Role
    This role will see you reporting directly to the Finance Manager and will consist of the following tasks;

    • Prepare monthly reconciliations
    • Coordinate month-end
    • Manage working capital requirements
    • Preparation of Accounts Payable
    • Prepare fortnightly payroll reports
    • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS
    • Preparation of corporate ad hoc recoveries
    • Assist the Finance Manager

    About You

    • 2+ years experience in property accounting desired
    • Have strong attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Be able to collaborate in a tea environment
    • Be able to meet deadlines
    • Have a hands-on approach
    • Work autonomously and take instruction
