- Managing the Projects team to deliver the projects and client outcomes.
- Works and services are completed in accordance with specified project time, quality, and budget.
- Providing customer advocacy through exceptional service.
- Active management of employees and subcontractors through effective leadership and communication.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS Services business systems.
- HSEQ policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
- Strong demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects or Capex programs.
- Strong demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors with strong diplomacy and contract management with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships.
- Construction and Data Centre Experience
- Experience in the management of WHS for construction sites (refurbishments/fit outs/new construction).
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, WHS and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Proficient in applications including Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Certificate IV in OHS or extensive project management experience.
- Member AIPM/AIA/IEAust/AIQS.
- Holds a current General Induction for the Construction Industry card.
- Graduate Diploma of Project Management; or
- Trade Certificate in relevant discipline such as drafting, building and construction, carpentry, electrical, HVAC mechanic, mechanical engineering technician; or
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline such as Architecture, Building/Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Post trade/Post graduate qualifications in Building systems, Project Management, Engineering or Business Management.
- Accredited NABERS assessor.

Are you an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you
The role
As the Project Manager you will manage a small team and oversee designated projects for BGIS. You will be required to plan and develop strategy, including define the goals and timeline for the project(s) you supervise.
This role is based in Perth, WA.
Pivotal to this position's success is the ability to combine high levels of business acumen, multi-tasking, relationship management and problem solving to ensure works are completed to required design, budget, agreed program and safety.
