- Assist in Safety, Health and Environmental standards and to carry out duties and specific responsibilities in compliance with Safety Health and Environmental Policies and Procedures relating to Warehouse and Shipping
- Management of vendors, holding them to account on Delivery in Full On Time via quarterly reviews.
- Management of quality incidents via QP system within designated area as participation in internal audit program.
- Manage packed materials, commodities forecasting, shipping and supply.
- Management of inventory of commodities
- Promote continuous improvement and as part of the team proactively seek new & improved methods of working to increase efficiency in the overall forecasting/purchasing.
- Planning and ensuring materials are available in time for production requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement processes and supply planning is desirable
- Experience in SAP, MS Office Word, Power Point and excel
- Can understand purchase requestors' needs and support fulfilment on a transactional basis.
- Working closely with all levels of management, staff, stakeholders, production teams and suppliers, you're a confident and a natural communicator who can multitask and prioritise requests.
- With your keen eye for detail and process improvement mindset, you'll be able to spot growth opportunities and proactively manage risks.

A key responsibility will be to execute the activities, procedures, reporting and communications with respect to purchasing of raw and/or packaging materials. You will play a pivotal role and carry out activities to ensure compliance with Nestle policies and procedures for governance and corporate business principles are met.
