- Create and send correspondence to clients when requested
- Process and report trouble shooting for the organisation's internal payment fulfilment system
- Administer medical treatment costs for clients to verify their eligibility for the excess threshold.
- Offer expertise to address account issues for internal teams and clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service and act as a first point of contact for clients and providers
- Address escalated account inquiries.
- A typing speed of 65 wpm or over
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in business, administration, or finance (desirable)
- Experience in providing quality customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes of issues promptly.
- Expertise in using systems such as AVANTI, CPS, and other MS programs.
