    What this job involves

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our client, Blackstone.

    As the Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a personal and engaging level of service at every touchpoint of the clients site, by being hospitable and forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with colleagues and clients.

  • Being based at the Front of House desk, providing a high level of client service delivery through face to face meetings, phone and email.
  • Manage conference room booking requests using the EMS reservation platform
  • Meet & greet clients/visitors, providing a best-in-class front of house experience including taking beverage orders.
  • Provide support for general office administration duties (e.g. assistance with events and onsite catering, invoice processing, security card requests, pantry ordering, mail/ and print management).
  • Liaise with building management office and vendors for office matters (e.g. repair and maintenance, work permit and visitor registration).
  • Foster a friendly, proactive, and productive manner towards clients.
  • Ensure all client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered promptly, accurately and in a professional manner.
  • Perform daily checks of all conference rooms and the office area; reporting any issues by creating tickets and monitoring until issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate the efficient and accurate booking of meeting rooms and catering requests as and when needed.
  • Coordinate venue set up and work with the events team.

    The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and high attention to detail, ready to take on any given task.

  • High level of attention to detail particularly in high volume and pressured environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels.
  • Prior experience in legal, financial, or corporate services experience will be highly regarded.
  • Has intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
