Austin Health is launching a Patient Portal to improve the quality and efficiency of communication with patients to support timely quality care.

    Your Role:

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Change and Adoption Lead to join Austin Health's Service Improvement and Innovation team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of a systematic approach to implementing Austin Health's Patient Portal to optimise staff and consumer uptake and utility through effective adoption, integration and evaluation.

    You will be a highly motivated professional who brings energy and enthusiasm to their work each day. You'll be an experienced and inspiring change leader who can engage, coordinate, and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior clinical leaders, to collectively deliver the Austin Health Patient Portal project objectives.

    You'll further have:

    • A tertiary qualification in a health or management discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.
    • A proven track record in health system transformation through large scale and complex project and change management
    • Demonstrated experience in effectively engaging stakeholders, building partnerships, and communicating with influence at all levels
    • Demonstrated experience in engaging consumers, carers and staff in meaningful improvement project participation and codesign
