- Support and report directly to Sales Manager.
- Track and assist key Associates for organisational incentives.
- Maintain effective communication channels with Corporate, managers, colleagues, and Associates.
- Develop a working knowledge of the organisation Compensation Plan.
- Promote brand and build Associate rapport through various social media channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing team for product training and branding.
- Plan and assist in "Open Days" as directed by Sales Manager.
- Generate sales reports to support field development.
- Assist in Associate CRM workflow and special events outreach.
- Provide administrative support for Lead Referral database.
- Coordinate and implement customer recognition programs.
- Research, validate, and create training materials.
- Manage marketing orders for the Sales Development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a Sales environment.
- Sales flair and outgoing personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel for events, roadshows and other sales activities.
