About the Role:

Our client is a leading facility management organisation who has been growing their sites at a rapid rate across QLD On offer are amazing opportunities for experienced Village Managers only, who are looking at taking their next step in their careers and provide great outcomes for the camps that they are working inThey offer a highly collaborative working culture in these small to medium size camps (Meaning you will not be over worked), career progression on offer as well as everything you may need is includedFIFO options from Brisbane, Rockhampton, Cairns and Townsville.

DIDO options available from Rockhampton, Mackay and Cairns.

Your Day-to-Day Duties (Not Limited) Include:
Management of accommodation reservation system
People Management and Conflict Resolution
Maintaining HSQE and ISO Quality Assurance Certifications
High level budgeting, reporting and auditing
End to end financial / accounts duties
Liaise with contractors, trades, office staff and senior management daily

Adhoc management duties as requiredSelection Criteria:
Previous experience in a FIFO Village Manager / Site Manager role is a must
Experience with accommodation systems such as INX, SAMS, RMS (desirable)
Valid manual drivers' license
Two referees who are open to being contacted.
Strong time management
