    The Role
    As an Investment/Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of the property portfolio and assist with acquisitions and divestments. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive strategic decisions:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies
    • Manage investment strategies
    • Drive growth of their real estate portfolio
    • Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
    • Collaborate with acquisition and development teams
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes

    The Candidate

    • 10+ years of experience in commercial asset/investment management
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
    • Have an analytical mind and be proficient with financial modelling
