    Your Role and Responsibilities

    As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

    A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

    You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value

    Your primary responsibilities include:
    Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.

    Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.

    Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    Should have 4-5 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll & Strong functional and technical expertise in HCM payroll modules (Preferably in Singapore / Australia)including payroll processing, Tax management, Time and Labor, and absence management.

    Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production.

    Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes & working experience on HCM Forms.
    Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, Payroll software solutions and should be strong in SAP HCM Payroll control centre.
    Generate payroll reports and provide analysis on payroll data as needed.

    Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings & Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    Ability to interact with customers, with excellent communication skills.
    Knowledge of Integration points between HCM Payroll and other modules, such as core HR and Benefits.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex payroll processes and translate them into system configurations & Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
