    Administrator/Payroll Officer

    Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for payroll operations? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued?

    Location: Maddington
    Shift: 20-24 hours per week, flexible on 2-3 days ( flexibility to accommodate school hours)
    Pay rate: $40 per hour flat rate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely processing of payments.
    • Utilize Triumph and Wage Easy software to maintain payroll records and generate reports.
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Maintain meticulous records, files, and schedules to support smooth administrative processes.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a solid understanding of payroll operations.
    • Proficiency in using various software systems, including payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle files, records, and scheduling tasks effectively.

    Position Details:

    • Mandatory availability on the 1st Monday of each month and the 15th for payroll processing.
    • Training provided on Triumph and Wage Easy software.
