    Job Title: Store Manager - Retail & Consumer Products

    Tucker Fresh IGA, a certified "Great Place to Work", is an owner of multiple IGA stores across Perth.

    About The Role:

    We are inviting expressions of interest from passionate candidates to join our team of Senior Leadership Superstars in the role of Store Managers, to support our growth and ensure our continued success.

    The role will primarily focus on all aspects of the store to maximise sales turnover, profit, customer satisfaction and staff recruitment, engagement, development, performance, and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that staff deliver high-quality service to all customers in all areas of the business.
    • Organising regular staff meetings and encouraging staff to contribute to discussions.
    • Developing a proactive, positive culture in-store, in line with our vision and values.
    • Creating rosters, approving timesheets, and leave requests.
    • Effectively and responsibly delegating within the supermarket.
    • Leading by example in all areas of management.
    • Setting the standard where "every local is loved".
    • Monitoring the weekly financial reports and KPI's.
    • Analysing the monthly departmentalised financial accounts and key performance indicators.
    • Ensuring a safe workplace through proper risk management in accordance with OSH guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Being passionate about customer service and maintaining high standards.
    • Having demonstrated history in performing to targets, working with budgets, and maintaining supermarket best practice.
    • Being a proven leader who is driven to provide your team a supportive, encouraging, safe, and positive team-based working environment.
    • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.
    • Ability to work under pressure, and to plan personal workload effectively.
    • Being active – You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting.
