This leading national firm with an outstanding reputation for property work (and fabulous culture to boot) is in growth phase.
The client base is impressive (think diverse industry sector, retail, industrial, financial institutions). The property work includes major transactions (and property related finance), landlord and tenant side leasing and advisory.
The role
An opportunity now exists for a 2-4 yr property lawyer with strong leasing experience to join this dynamic, growing team. The team is led by an experienced partner who represents clients across a range of industry sectors and manages a specialised leasing practice, involving:
Skills and attributes sought:
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- a proven ability to provide key support in a busy leasing practice. An interest in (and passion for) leasing work is critical
- 2-4 yr PQE experience gained in a highly regarded law firm in the area commercial, retail and/or industrial leasing;
- high level of attention to detail;
- outstanding communication skills;
- a strong work ethic
This role might suit a lawyer currently working in a major law firm looking to maintain exposure to high end work, but work in a smaller team - and really feel valued. The practice is busy, however hours are much more friendly than the major firms. Career growth will be supported
