As the Head of Direct Channels for our Retail Life business, you will be responsible for delivering value to our customers and partners who engage with us without advice.
You will build and manage the distribution channels, whether that is direct or through partnerships; build and manage the product suite, manage the end-to-end cost to serve, and work with our technology colleagues to ensure our solutions can meet our customers and partner's needs. It involves strategic planning and execution to drive growth and profitability, while maintaining high standards of risk assessment and operational nous. This is a key leadership role, which plays an important part of the Retail Segment leadership team.
Working in an agile environment, you will also set the mission and priorities of the team and are accountable for defining the cultural standards your teams work towards.
