As Customer Experience Specialist for TTG based in Melbourne you will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient overall sales and operations workflow between our clients suppliers partners and our organization.
Responsibilities
- Quotes – Procedure Lead on domestic and inbound quotes for Australia and New Zealand communicate directly with suppliers in ANZ region to determine pricing as required Support the LGT sales team with quote proposals including preparing quotes in The Learning Adventure TLA formatSupport with SharePoint tracking sheets Hub Spot pipelines as requiredSupport the team to ensure timely return of quotes from operations team within company-preferred timelinesSupport the sales team by preparing client proposals as required Booking – Procedure Support operations CES team by ensuring company tracking sheets are up to dateProvide support by creating or updating booking contracts as requiredSupport finance with invoice distribution monitoring payment schedules payments made according to terms of contractAssist managing operations procedures including annual calendar ensure deadlines from airlines met deposits final payments name listsProduct Share information supplier requests risk safety insurance documents saving these SharePointEnsure suppliers follow timely completion of risk assessment documents manage communicationSup Assist marketing website content itinerary uploads timelinePoint contact DMCs creating inbound programs support contract amendments
