Description
Primary Objective:
Primarily monitor the legislative compliance of licensed services through timely inspection of services and the investigation of complaints, incidents and noncompliance.
This role will also undertake assessments and ratings of education and services to determine their quality against the National Quality Standards for the purpose of supporting and promoting continuous quality improvements in regulated NT services.
