    A Day in the Life

    You will support Digital Brand Managers across L'Oréal Luxe to plan, execute and optimise performance media that drives sales, ROAS and scalable growth.

    • Strategy & Planning: Support paid search, paid social and affiliate strategies; build channel forecasts with agencies; align media tactics with e‑commerce, CRM and brand campaign plans; drive test-and-learn initiatives to unlock incremental growth.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee monthly transactional media investments and campaign tracking; maintain standardised planning & reporting templates; deliver weekly performance reports with clear optimisation recommendations.
    • Collaboration & Support: Act as primary agency contact for performance media; brief and coach brand teams on creative best practices for local audiences; support e‑retail media targets and activation with commercial teams.

    We Are Looking For You Are An Analytical, Delivery‑focused Media Professional Who Can Translate Performance Data Into Actionable Plans And Clear Stakeholder Recommendations. You Will Have

    • Performance media strategy mindset across Paid Search, Paid Social & Affiliates
    • Strong analytics & reporting skills (campaign tracking, ROI/ROAS focus)
    • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Knowledge of e‑retail media and online commerce activation
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
