- Work closely with senior executives and project teams to define and advise project objectives, scope, and requirements, and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and proactively develop and implement solutions to minimize their impact.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the PMO and implement improvements where necessary.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field highly regarded.
- 3-5 years-experience in a similar, or related role, ideally in the commercial sector.
- Project management qualifications or accreditation with recognised industry provider, or equivalent industry experience, e.g., SAFe, Agile, PmBOK, Prince 2 highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, supporting executive level reporting and communications.
- Working knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, JIRA or similar.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong team player able to navigate complexity.

Leading software technology group requires a permanent PMO / Scrum Manager for their Sydney CBD office.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will be a hands-on PMO and work as the Scrum Master for the Program team, ensuring all functions of PMO, Portfolio are met.
