- Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist who can provide clinical leadership for our Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Outpatient Respiratory programs
- Have the opportunity to work closely with our Respiratory Consultants managing a wide variety of conditions including COPD, Bronchiectasis, Progressive Neuromuscular Disorders, community Tracheostomy and some of our regional Cystic Fibrosis clients
- Lead high functioning teams as an experienced respiratory physiotherapist across outpatient settings, including pulmonary rehabilitation and outpatient programs.
- Support the Manager of Physiotherapy & Exercise Therapy to enhance team building and excellence and provide a leadership role within the team and Allied Health
- Be able to use advanced knowledge and skills for comprehensive assessment and management of clients with complex needs, including modalities of airway clearance, chronic disease management and dysfunctional breathing.
- As a clinical leader, you will provide support for undergraduate, grade 1 and grade 2 staff from physiotherapy and exercise physiology disciplines. Clinical supervision of AHA's may also be required.
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required
- Demonstrated experience, including considerable experience in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary physiotherapy clinical service provision and preferably a post-graduate qualification in the relevant clinical area of practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop and empower others through supervision, modelling and training.
- Demonstrated initiative to lead and develop a service, engaging effectively with consumers and key stakeholders
