- Receiving goods and dispatch of solutions
- Delivering products – assembly and delivery of screens and trolleys
- Changing over faulty equipment
- Stock checking and reporting back to the VIC-based team
- Rural trip coverage for delivery and customer contact
- Key customer-facing engagements – supporting sales staff
- Proactive coverage for admin jobs (recycle bin and vehicle management, organising calendar updates, etc )
- Assisting the Sales team when bumping in and out of shows
- Good technical understanding of computers and devices
- Guided product testing via the tech support team
- Experience in AV Installation and Assembly
- Background in Audio Visual and/or Electronics is an advantage
- Strong computer-based skills – knowledge of Microsoft/ Google platforms
- Experience in Providing a High Level of Customer Service
- Solid use of tools
- Must have great Time Management Skills and be able to Multitask
- Ability to travel Interstate when required
- Ability to work Flexible Hours (rarely, but sometimes weekends)
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Working With Children & Police Clearance will be required
