- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for managed applications
- Work with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to drive application evolution
- Manage 4 direct reports, 6/8 indirect reports and an additional 20+ vendor resources
- Influence the adoption of Dev Ops practices and Agile methodologies
- Act a the bridge between the development team and business
- Strong experience managing Software Engineering teams - internal and vendor resources
- Solid understanding of developing and integrating off the shelf products such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc.
- A passion for people and ability to run high performing teams
- Exposure to C-level conversations and ability to bridge the gap between tech and business
- Experience in Telco or Utilities would be beneficial but not mandatory What's on offer:

They are looking to hire a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery and development of their applications.
You'll manage a blended team of internal, contractor and vendor resources (around 35 in total) and take ownership of all technical aspects of the applications.
