About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This is a position is based on a full time, Monday to Friday roster.
Duties and responsibilities
- Receive, check, store, and organise incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and complete routine stock takes.
- Raise purchase orders, obtain quotes, and follow up supplier ETAs.
- Arrange couriers and coordinate transport for outgoing goods.
- Support site safety processes and maintain a safe workspace.
- Assist with general site tasks and workflow improvements.
Skills and experience required
- Previous warehouse experience with strong inventory management skills.
- Valid forklift licence and current driver's licence.
- Ability to use ERP systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Practical hands‑on skills and safe work practices.
- Strong organisation, time management, and ability to work independently or in a team.
