    Michael Page are pleased to be partnering with one of our key clients in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs on the appointment of their new Inventory Analyst. This position is a critical part of their Supply Chain team, ensuring accurate flow of materials in to their assembly.
    They work on cutting edge products that are well respected across the automotive industry globally.

    Job Description

    • Overseeing cycle count initiative, handling differences in counts, and acquiring approvals for adjustment processing.
    • Supervising stock take programs, reconciling differences, and securing approvals for adjustments.
    • Executing inventory adjustments as needed, such as those for cycle counts, stock takes, rejected or scrapped items, as well as managing receipting, reconciliation, and other miscellaneous inventory adjustments.
    • Maintaining inventory levels within budget, elucidating over-budget situations, and suggesting actions to reduce overall inventory.
    • Addressing and managing receipt errors and inquiries.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Strong analytic skills and the ability to make recommendation from data
    • Exposure to Inventory/Warehousing across automotive industry
    • Familiar with cycle counts and stockade
    • Strong communicator and team player
    • Ability to work on site in Melbourne's North 5 days per week
