    Reporting to the Site Office Manager, the Site Administrator is part of the small but robust administration team, who are committed to ensuring the very best in customer service is delivered to back to the business, as well as assisting all departments and managers with general administrative tasks.

    This position is not for the faint-hearted

    You must love variety - with the commencement of operations, we expect to have a very busy office with regular visitors, several contractors, and many new employees.

    You will be a master organiser - you are responsible for the co-ordination of the site roster, the booking of flights and co-ordinating travel arrangements.

    You are the eyes and ears of the site - you will assist with aerodrome operations, document control, ordering, IT support, daily paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed by the appropriate personnel and filed in the necessary systems.

    You will need to have well developed time management skills and will also be responsible for the coordination of the housekeeping team.

    You will need to be able to demonstrate fantastic MS Office skills and be able to assist management with the creation and distribution of daily and weekly reports.

    Even though you are a people person, you must have the ability and resolve to work unsupervised.

    You will be committed to safe working practices and greet visitors and contractors and assist them with the sign in and induction process.

    You must be able to look for solutions outside the square with a positive and "can do" attitude.

    Successful candidates would ideally demonstrate:

    Advanced MS Excel skills

    2 to 5 years Industry experience with SAM Workforce management Systems (preferred), or Inflight, Airline Check-In Systems or Aerodrome Operations)

    Effective communication skills

    Hotel Accommodation Management Systems (desirable)

    Demonstrated ability to multitask

    Highly developed organisational skills

    Previous Remote Minesite Experience (preferred)
