Here at Paradigm we design machines, in fact we love machines.
We are looking for an engineer who feels the same way to join our team.

The team has been producing market leading automation machinery for the oil and gas sector in Australia for a decade.

Our machines require structures, machine elements, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics and control systems.
We regularly commission our designs and provide after market support for them.

If you have a desire to work in multiple disciplines and understand how they influence one another, you will be ideally suited to joining us.

The salary will be dependent on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.

Experience and knowledge we can transfer, but the aptitude and passion for machine design is something we can't.

3 D Modeling of the machines
FEA of structures
First principle calculations
Hydraulic manifold design
PLC Control systems
Work independently with as much support as you need
QualificationsBachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
Experience with Inventor highly regarded
Logical and pragmatic thinking
Ability to see the complete picture
