    Our client is currently looking to hire a General Manager for their growing grouting and slope stabilisation projects.

    About the Role:

    As a member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the growth strategy and continue delivering high quality projects efficiently.

    Your Responsibilities will Include:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training and development (particularly of Project Managers).
    • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
    • Maintaining the current positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged.
    • Implement and advance business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives, particularly financial performance.
    • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field;
    • 10+ years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in geotechnical construction with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
    • Proven experience in a high-level managerial leadership position in a scaling business;
    • Strong financial management skills including experience developing financials forecast and budgets;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
