- Overseeing a team of trades ensuring maintenance and project activities are being completed effectively including quality, cost, time and productivity requirements.
- Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture.
- Implementing changes, upgrades or modifications to existing systems.
- Degree or trade qualified in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing maintenance strategies to bring about a proactive and preventative maintenance culture.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis techniques, as well as CI methodologies, including; 5S and LEAN.
- You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
