Redefining aged care we deliver superior care meaningful experiences and beautiful luxurious spaces Our service is delivered and designed around strong values including honesty empathy respect and loyalty We are passionate about aged care and are looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator to share our passion and join the management team at Edensor Gardens near Fairfield About The Role As a Clinical Care Coordinator you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery Whats On Offer Permanent position Immediate Start Monday - Friday Responsibilities Include Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care Policies Coordinate communications services between residents families medical professionals Directing maintaining infection control Occupational health safety standards Assisting in commonwealth government funding process Ensuring that education programs quality improvement initiatives are implemented Comply with Accreditation Standards Guidelines Residential Services MUST HAVES Current Nurses Registration AHPRA Strong background Aged Care RN level Minimum years experience similar role Demonstrated knowledge Aged accreditation resident appraisal classification processes ANACC Proven leading motivating managing team Excellent IT skills implement evaluate use systems residential aged environment Strong passion quality much age communication interpersonal skills Hard Working Flexible To express interest please apply now
