- Carry out day to day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Operate a heavy vehicle (excavator/front end loader/dump truck). If no ticket, Hanson will provide training and certification to get ticket for the right candidate
- Perform general labour activities including cleaning, hosing and shovelling
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Total commitment to risk management and OH&S
- A positive work ethic and ability to work within Hanson values and philosophies
- Excavator/Front End Loader/Dump truck ticket is advantageous
- Experience in either Quarrying or Mining
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- $ - $ pending experience/qualifications, plus penalty rates, plus super
- Monday - Friday 5:45am - 4:00pm + OT as needed, plus Saturday morning shifts

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic QuarryOperator to join the team at our Lysterfield Quarry in VIC,approx. 40 mins drive, Southeast of Melbourne CBD.
This is a full-time position with overtime and weekend work according tobusiness needs.
