About us

We are currently looking out for Personal Care Worker who are Medication experienced with medication comptency) to join us at our Moonee Ponds home on a Part time basis.

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining their independence along with looking into their medications.
Assist and enable residents to complete activities according to their individual care plans.
Contribute to hotel services by checking residents' daily menu requirements, attend to meal preparation and delivery

What You'll Bring:

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certificate III in Aged Care is preferred (or currently working towards)
Medication experience and medication competency is a must
Previous experience in Aged Care
Commitment to providing excellent residential care and services
Must be available to work across the week ( AM and PM )
Basic computer skills

Essential Requirements:

NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
Proof of Work rights in Australia
Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
