    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Join our Team as a Pricing Analyst at Team Global Express

    As a Pricing Analyst at Team Global Express, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and strategic pricing decisions for our customer contracts.

    You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized pricing solutions, ensure contract profitability, and maintain competitive positioning in the market.


    Responsibilities:
    Drive improved business performance through pricing elements of customer contracts, applying value-based pricing strategies.
    Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure the profitability of all contracts.
    Establish current and future costs for assessing customer contract profitability.
    Exercise delegations for approval of pricing levels and cross-business pricing proposals.
    Conduct regular communication with Pricing & Analytics team members and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and profitable pricing approach.
    Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver profitable business outcomes.
    Conduct customer profitability analysis and identify opportunities for pricing and non-price attribute adjustments.
    Utilize financial analysis to demonstrate the impact of new and renewing customer opportunities.
    Establish robust self-service pricing tools and benchmarking processes for the Sales teams.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Engineering.

    About You:
    Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive attitude toward achieving business objectives.
    Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive best practices in reporting and analysis.
    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, particularly in a pricing/sales context.
    Project management skills with the ability to see projects through to completion.
    Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with VBA is a plus.
    Comfortable working with large volumes of data and data visualization tools.
    Knowledge of yield management, profitability modeling, and product performance analysis techniques.
    Familiarity with database querying (e.g., SQL) and data manipulation applications.
    Ability to utilize customer and financial data to drive pricing and profit analysis.
