    Description

    Duties and responsibilities may include:

    • Process application from initial stage through to completion
    • Document control
    • Call applications to request missing information and follow up with them until complete
    • Ensure all data input in the system is complete and correct
    • Monitor applications throughout final stages
    • Provide adhoc support to the wider team
    • Keep folders and ques up to date

    Your profile will demonstrate:

    • Demonstrated experience in a fast paced customer service position
    • Experience in an administrative position and proven ability to use different systems
    • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Must be able to complete and maintain a clear police check
    • Australian citizenship (mandatory).
