Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team as a hands-onMicrosoft SoftwareEngineering Manager.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys leading development projects, and thrives in managing a team of talented developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of full-stack Microsoft software solutions.
Having said this the role has a very clear M365 aspect to it.
The successful candidate will require a depth of experience within the M365 ecosystem.
Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software development.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development for our projects.
Ensure the best practices and architectural guidelines are followed during the development process.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to enhance application performance.
Manage and prioritize the workflow of development tasks.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proven experience across the entire Microsoft M365 ecosystem.
Please do not apply if you do not have this depth of experience.
At least 3 current Microsoft certifications.
Particularly in relation to M365 Administrator and M365 Architect.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in managing scalable cloud-based applications.
