    About the company:
    Our client is Australia's leading Large Format Retail Agency, with over 60 years combined experience and a team of dedicated professionals, they are a key industry player working on some of the biggest retail developments in the country. Headed up by an incredibly supportive senior management team, their focus lies in an open and honest approach to their clients backed up by the ability to deliver results.

    The role will be based out of their office in Subiaco, with a portfolio covering the Perth Metro area. A brand new company car is included in the package for candidates to use for travel to and from their properties and take home each night.

    Roles & responsibilities:

    • Delivery of capital works to scope, budget and timeframes.
    • Ensuring compliance is kept up-to-date across the site.
    • Effective management of building services day to day.
    • Inductions and management of contractors through the site.
    • Key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
    • Development of maintenance schedules & asset plan to ensure efficient working practice.
    With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to your clients.

    To be considered you will also have:
    • 3-5 years experience in a facilities operational role within a retail environment.
    • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
    • Extensive experience managing building services within a retail site.
    • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within retail.
