    AND YOU ARE?

    In addition to aged care team leadership experience as CCC or Senior RN, you have:

    • Effective, well-developed verbal and written communication skills
    • AHPRA RN Registration
    • Knowledge of Aged Care standards and regulatory requirements
    • Proven experience overseeing RNs and care staff – goal setting and lifting their capacity

    Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, your responsibilities include:

    • Visibly supporting, educating and mentoring the RNs and care staff
    • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
    • Providing strong stewardship of well documented care practice for the facility
    • Identifying and closing complaints and clinical gaps
    • Upholding and improving documentation practices
    • A genuine willingness to 'muck in' and help out where it's needed
    • Change management and continuous improvement
