    Job Description:

    We are seeking a reliable and efficient Ramp Service Delivery Agent to join our team at Perth Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of aircraft on the ground.

    Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to airlines and their passengers, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.

    You will work closely with other airport staff to ensure that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to airlines and passengers
    • Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
    • Work collaboratively with airport staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
    • Maintain accurate records and reports

    Requirements:

    • Full working rights in Australia
    • No working restrictions (e.g. Holiday Working Visa/Student Visa)
    • Current WA driver's license
    • Availability to work public holidays and weekends
    • Previous aviation or airport experience an advantage
    • Ability to lift up to 32kgs
    • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
