    Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
    • Fixed term full time contract roleto March years' + experience.
    Parramatta CBD as a base location- hybrid work model About the Role:Uniting is looking for anexperienced 'Recruitment Sourcing Specialist' to join our fast paced,lively, and highly supportive team. In this role, you'll make a bigimpact sourcing Registered Nurses from Australia and New Zealand.

    Ifyou're great at sourcing top-tier talent, have strong communicationskills, work at a fast pace, and love what you do, we'd love to hearfrom you.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Utilise various channels including jobboards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identifypotential candidates.
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualifiedcandidates for current and future hiring needs.
    Screen resumes andconduct initial assessments to gauge candidate suitability, workingclosely with stakeholders to drive suitable candidates through therecruitment process.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate recordsin the applicant tracking system, and complete relevant process andadministrative steps as required.
    Build relationships with industryprofessionals and attend relevant events to expand sourcingnetworks.
    Analyse recruitment data and metrics to evaluate theeffectiveness of sourcing strategies.


    About you:
    Minimum of 1 years'experience in Recruitment Resourcing.
    Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and placing candidates (healthcare sectorbeneficial but not required).Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment andenjoy the challenge of sourcing top talent.
    Strong organisational andmultitasking abilities.
    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (weuse PageUp) and other recruitment software.
    A proactive andresults-driven approach to recruitment.
