- Integration of the financial systems of the merged entities and adoption of uniform accounting, internal control, and practices throughout the organisation.
- Identification and implementation of process improvement practices to gain efficiency and accuracy across the group. - The analysis and provision of financial information to the key stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO and Other Business Unit leaders)
- Meeting our statutory reporting obligations (Taxation / FBT / Statutory Accounts)
- Review, improve & implement internal financial control procedures - Assist with financial planning
- Delivering continuous improvement projects within the financial management area
- Effective labor management for appropriate levels of further education and annual leave
- CA/CPA
- SAP, TM1 experience
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Prior project experience with integration or post-acquisition experience
- 5 years + Experience in a Senior Accountant or Finance manager role
