    Description

    Our client has a strong reputation for being one of the leading law firms in the area. They pride themselves on their team culture, low churn rate and healthy work/life balance. They are now looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their close knit property team.

    What they are looking for -

    • Some experience of Conveyancing or within Real Estate
    • Loves a fast-paced environment in a busy role
    • Has the right attitude and willingness to learn
    • Enjoys being part of a team in a fantastic work environment

    Typical duties will include -

    • Document Production for Conveyancing related matters
    • Vendor and Purchaser client file management – Electronic & Manually as applicable
    • Client and stakeholder liaison both face to face and over the telephone
    • Processing detailed property transactions in conjunction with qualified Conveyancers
    • Conducting legal research and processing property searches
    • Finalising client files for settlement
    • Preparing for and then attending to settlements (including use of Duties Online and PEXA)
    • Ensure our clients receive the best possible service at all times
    • Preparing statements of account and invoices
