    Nuestra empresa ofrece un portafolio innovador basado en la ciencia de marcas emblemáticas premium y servicios que abarcan todo el espectro del mercado de la dermatología en rápido crecimiento a través de Estética Inyectable, Cuidado Dermatológico y Dermatología Terapéutica.

    Nuestro objetivo es empoderar a cada empleado y promover su crecimiento personal mientras se asegura de que se satisfagan las necesidades comerciales ahora y en el futuro.

    Responsabilidades Principales

    1. Colaborar con el Gerente Comercial en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
    2. Diseñar, implementar y monitorear planes para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
    3. Preparar informes sobre los resultados de la función y explicar las desviaciones al Gerente Comercial.
    4. Proporcionar iniciativas para mejorar los resultados de la división, así como comunicar los requerimientos financieros y de personal para lograr los resultados esperados.
    5. Implementar estrategias definidas por las Unidades de Negocio para comercializar los productos de Galderma en México.

    Requisitos Mínimos

    • Carrera administrativa, ingeniería, mercadeo o carrera afín.
    • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Gerente de Cuentas Clave en la industria farmacéutica.
    • Orientación al logro, orientación al cliente, análisis numérico, trabajo en equipo, análisis y solución de problemas, tolerancia a la presión, pensamiento estratégico, planeación y organización, creatividad e innovación y relaciones interpersonales.
