    In 1967, Mr. Ferrier founded Ferrier & Associates, which combined the practices of the two firms. Mr. Sachs continued to work with the combined practices until his death in the mid-1980s.

    Ferrier & Associates has since provided continuous service to clients in all walks of Australian life.


    This has included the assistance of people coming to Australia from Europe in the early post-WWII years, aiding those who were injured in the early National Work of the Snowy Mountains Scheme and thereafter general business, investment, taxation and commercial advice.

    Litigation has always been a major part of the expertise of the firm.

    The firm's experience has spread across all areas of industrial, commercial, rural, family and personal life in many complex and difficult cases, with the highest levels of success.

    They are also experienced in dealing on behalf of clients outside of Australia with many contacts in foreign jurisdictions, and the management of litigation in foreign Courts extending back to the 1950s.
