    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Admin Clerk to join our team in Warwick Farm working in our Pre-Delivery Department.

    As an Admin Clerk, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

    Responsibilities :

  • Answering the phone and responding to basic customer enquiries;
  • Attending and assisting with reception duties;
  • Providing assistance with filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry;
  • Maintaining the office including general tidying and maintenance;
  • Other similar duties to support the administration team as required

    • Requirements for the role will involve the following:

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • An ability to engage with and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills with a willingness to improve and learn on this skillset.
  • A willingness to learn our processes and procedures, and company systems.
  • An ability to organise and prioritise your daily tasks.
  • A willingness to help your teammates and work as part of a close-knit team.
  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
