Leading not for profit has a need for a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12 month engagement - broad corporate commercial focus.
The role
Our client is seeking a senior level 8+ year PAE in-house senior legal counsel to play a key role in partnering with, and advising stakeholders across the organisation.
This not for profit offers support services across a range of areas to senior members of the community. Due to growth in the organisation, they are looking for a senior level lawyer to join the in-house legal team on a 12 month engagement.
The Legal Team
Our client's legal team focus on a broad range of matters including BAU commercial contracts, construction, real estate, technology, regulatory advice and corporate M&A transactions.
You will work closely with the General Counsel, the wider legal team, as well as other key stakeholders including Executive, Board, Operational Managers and External Advisers.
