    About the role

    We are delighted to announce that we are inviting applications for the role of Yardperson to to join our tight-knit operations team in South Walker Creek, QLD

    As a valued member of our team, you will be specifically trained and supported to perform duties within our team. You will be involved in raw material management, material handling, ancillary duties, assisting the MMU Operators for reloading assisting Magazine keeper, additional to this will be general yard and housekeeping duties.

    What you will be doing

    • First and foremost, demonstrating and setting the example of our key company value; safety is our priority, always
    • Safe operation and maintenance of loader, Telehandlers trucks including Package truck and MMU.
    • Communication Supervisor regarding product quality and/or safety issues
    • Accurate provision of delivery dockets to customers
    • Maintaining site loader, Telehandlers and trucks in clean and presentable condition
    • Maintaining safe working practices to ensure no injury to self or others

    What you will bring

    • An unquestionable attitude towards working safely as a priority
    • Experience operating an MMU, or similar blast delivery vehicle (Preferrable)
    • Current Heavy Vehicle licence
    • Licence to Operate Skills
    • Loader, Telehandler, Light Vehicle Licence
    • Prime mover pre-start checks
    • SSAN Licence
    • Dangerous goods experience
    • Heavy industry preferably mining experience
