The Gold Coast Engineering team is responsible for the technology that is the powerhouse for Consumer and Business Banking Digital Technology.
NOTE – Hybrid role, 2 days in office and 3 WFH.Either QLD or SYDNEY.How will I help?Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels (including external and internal Suppliers).
This includes proven experience building successful relationships across teams and suppliers to effectively manage critical path dependencies and escalations.Participate in release planning to agree on a scope of the releaseParticipate in programme level discussions for rapid assessments, backlog prioritisation, planning and test managementUpdate/ Create Test Strategy and Test Planning documents to align with programme release plans and delivery methodologyManage the testing information system repository, governance, quality controls across squads and at agile train levelManage business implementation outcomesTo be accountable for testing services, this includes but not limited to deliverables of Test Lead and TestersIdentify and plan test activities for the testing resources for the various testing deliverables for the projectPlan, monitor, and manage the test reporting at programme level, project level and squad levelWhat's in it for you?You'll play an important and significant part in the future of a business that has been around for 200 years and be instrumental in achieving our purpose of helping Australians succeed.
