- Office management within the region including search & selection of new premises, negotiating leases, rent reviews and rightsizing office spaces
- Office maintenance and contract management of all suppliers and cost analysis including invoice checking
- Management of physical security framework including access control systems
- Manage Health and Safety plans, fire evacuation plans, risk assessments, workstation risk assessments, PAT Testing in all offices is compliant within legislation requirements
- Attend Health and Safety meetings and lead external audit for ISO 45001 for all APAC sites
- Provide leadership and management support to the facilities team
- Lead tender process working closely with the procurement team
- Organise office supplies and ensure office is well maintained Unleash your potential To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Previous experience managing multiple offices globally or similar facilities management role
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations or relevant qualifications in Health & Safety. Experience with ISO audits is preferred.
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines
- People management skills with the ability to positively manage people globally with a passion for driving team success
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment
