    • Multiple Senior Project Officer roles up to December 2026
    • Full-time at 35 hours per week plus FlexTime
    • Located in Parramatta, Deniliquin, Albury, Wagga Wagga or other southern regional location by negotiation
    • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus super

    The Infrastructure Project team is seeking to appoint multiple Senior Project Officers to play a key role in the  delivery of infrastructure projects to meet the NSW Government's commitments including Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism (SDLAM) Acceleration, Northern Basin Toolkit – Fish for the Future, Nyngan to Cobar Pipeline, Wilcannia Weir and Reconnecting River Country Early Works.

    The Senior Project Officer manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex infrastructure projects to achieve outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives.

    These roles are based in Parramatta, Deniliquin, Albury, Wagga Wagga or southern regional office near the respective projects and do require travel to site.

    About You

    To be successful in the role you will have experience in delivering major water or natural resource infrastructure projects and a reputation for achieving project deadlines and milestones to the required standards and within budget, given the need to simultaneously coordinate and deliver multiple projects which are often complex and interconnected.

    With good interpersonal and communication skills, you have the ability to manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given their varying expectations, viewpoints and interests, and working collaboratively with industry partners to achieve outcomes.
