The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data engineering, with a strong emphasis on Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, including Dell Boomi, Azure Data Integration Services such as Logic Apps and Data Factory, coupled with proven team management capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable data solutions to support our clients' evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data engineering solutions, leveraging Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions such as Dell Boomi and Azure Data Integration Services (Logic Apps / Data Factory).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish best practices for data integration and management.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business intelligence (BI) and analytics initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering and integration, evaluating their potential impact on our solutions and services.

Candidate Experience

• Direct or indirect team management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results on complex data / integration projects
