    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spectacle Specialist to join our team.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and driving sales outcomes through interpretation of optical prescriptions, fitting and servicing spectacle frames and lenses.

    • Provide expert guidance to customers on frame selections, lens options available and assist in frame adjustment and repairs as required.
    • Support the Store Manager with other activities as needed.
    • Monitor customer job requests and notify them promptly if there is any delay or issue.
