    About the role

    As a Senior Accountant based in our Brisbane office you will complete client work across a range of accounting, compliance, and advisory services.

    You will be entrusted to provide the best possible service to our diverse range of clients.
    You will have the opportunity to support our regional offices with:
    Completing client work across a range of accounting, compliance, and advisory services
    Accounts preparation, annual returns, BAS preparation, trusts/companies
    Monitoring client management reports for underlying business improvement issues

    Taxation servicesincluding researching and concluding tax issues, verifyingfinancial results and analyseincome and expenditure, prepare & check tax returns and gather and manage FBT system (information gathering, completion and calculation procedures).

    Preparing and review individual, company, trust, partnership tax returns and financial statements.
    Maintaining and producing financial reports using Xero, MYOB and Reckon.
    About you
    You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:3 years' experience in professional services in a mid-tier firm
    Hold or working towards a CA/CPA qualification (desirable)
    Experience with Xero, MYOB and Reckon
    Technical skills in relation to accounting, compliance and advisory (including due diligence)
    A Can-Do, client focused attitude
    Deadline driven with sharpattention to detail
    Able to work independently and as part of a team
    Great at building rapport and trust with team members and clients
